About the showroom
The Folklore Group and RAISEfashion present the NYFW showroom, featuring the latest collections from a selection of Black-owned brands in a joint effort to elevate diverse designers and provide access to international retail opportunities.
Open to retail buyers, stylists and media, the four-day showroom represents the first activation in an on-going partnership between The Folklore Group and RAISEfashion to drive diversity and inclusivity in the fashion industry.

About The Folklore Connect & RAISEfashion Partnership
The Folklore Connect is a wholesale platform that provides software for diverse and sustainable brands in global markets to manage and scale their wholesale business. We help retailers and the next generation of brands work together to provide customers with products they will love.
Through our partnership with RAISEfashion, the non-profit advisory network advancing equity of brands owned by people of color, we will further amplify Black-owned brands and help retailers gain access to them in unprecedented ways.
In addition to the NYFW showroom, The Folklore Connect will welcome brands from the RAISEfashion network onto its platform for a six-month free membership on a rolling basis. In turn, RAISEfashion will offer mentorship opportunities for selected brands from The Folklore Connect.
