All gift cards are electronically sent to the purchaser and include a unique code that can be applied at checkout. You must then forward this gift card email to the intended recipient.

Gift Card codes never expire and can be used to purchase almost any item currently available on the site. Recipients can redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code at checkout. A gift card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order. If an order exceeds the amount available on the gift card, then the customer will be prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.

Gift card codes cannot be applied to pre-order items or custom orders. Same delivery and tax rates apply. 

If a gift card is associated with your customer account, then you can check the balance by using the link provided in the gift card email. If you do not have a customer account, contact us at orders@thefolklore.com and we can check the balance and send the information to you.
